Omega Seamaster Diver 300M Summer Blue
The Summer blue collection was released in 2023 to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Seamaster collection. These timepieces truly look amazing with the gradient finish added to the dials and the highly detailed solid caseback.
To me, the Diver 300M Summer Blue is the best looking from the series. Bringing a fresh and vibrant twist to Omega‘s iconic dive watch series. I really don’t think that this gets the attention it deserves.
This Summer blue has all the attributes of the standard Diver 300M. Which includes a 42 mm stainless steel case that is available with a metal bracelet or blue rubber strap.
And under the hood, is the typical automatic movement, caliber 8800. This is a Co-Axil Master Chronometer movement that works at 3.5 hertz and features a free sprung balance, silicone spring and bi directional automatic winding. The movement is also resistant to magnetic fields reaching 15,000 gauss.
When you turn the watch over, it reveals a solid caseback with an engraving depicting a trident bearing Poseidon on a chariot pulled by 2 seahorses. I typically prefer for my watches to have a see thru caseback but the Solid caseback of the Summer Blue looks really good.
The dial is crafted from ceramic and features the famous 300M wave pattern and a PVD treatment with gradient finish that goes from dark blue to a very lite blue. You have to see this in person. It looks stunning! It’s impossible to ignore. It captures the essence of a sunlit ocean, shimmering with a rich, deep blue hue that radiates sophistication and adventure.
The unique light blue Super-Luminova on the hour markers and hands adds a touch of summer elegance.
The ceramic bezel of this Summer Blue is also very special. Featuring a special Summer Blue enamel (Grand Feu) diving scale.
The Seamaster Diver 300M Summer Blue is as versatile as it is striking. Thanks to its sleek design, it transitions effortlessly from a sporty dive watch to a refined accessory for formal occasions.
This Diver 300M Summer blue edition is $300 to $400 more than the standard 300M.
