Zenith Defy Extreme
Zenith introduced the new Defy Extreme. The name Extreme gives a pretty good idea of what the new watch is all about. Major redesigns and futuristic sporty durability maintain and enhance Defy’s contemporary styling.
The lightweight titanium case has been increased by 1 mm to 45 mm. Case thickness is 15.4 mm. The new Defy Extreme is available in three versions: titanium with black inserts, titanium and 18k rose gold, titanium with blue inserts. The micro-sandblasted titanium has a matte dark gray, almost black, such as previously seen in the Zenith Chronomaster. This is a kind of alternative to DLC or PVD.
Zenith Defy Extreme features a new quick belt change system. Each watch comes with a matching titanium bracelet, as well as an additional rubber strap and a Velcro strap.
Inside the case is the EL Primero 9004 movement. This double-escapement movement allows the elapsed time to be measured and displayed using a chronograph with an accuracy of 1 / 100th of a second. During operation, the central chronograph seconds hand circles the dial every second.
