Omega Speedmaster Grey Side of the Moon Meteorite

The Speedmaster Grey Side of the Moon Meteorite is an astonishing timepiece with plenty of style thanks to its high tech grey ceramic case combined with a rose gold bezel with a silicon nitride ring and brushed Omega Ceragold tachymeter scale. But the main feature is the unique grey dial made from an actual solid Meteorite stone. So the dial of each timepiece has a unique pattern.

The dial has applied rose gold hour markers and rose gold hands. The chronograph complication includes a 12 hour and 60 minute recorder at 3 O’clock. The sub-dial at 9 O’clock is for the running seconds. This dial also have a very strong Superluminova added to the hour markers, hands and even on the Omega logo on the crown.

The case measures 44.25 mm in diameter with a lug to lug measurement of 49.8 mm. This beautiful case comes paired with a grey alligator leather strap with a deployant buckle.

Under the hood, this Speedmaster uses caliber 9300. A Chronometer automatic movement that comes equipped with date indicator, hacking seconds and Time zone function which allows you to adjust just the hour hand. The 9300 works at 4 hertz using 54 jewels and when fully wound, it will work for up to 60 hours thanks to the two barrels mounted in series.

And since this is a modern Omega, you also get Omega’s Co-Axial escapement and silicon balance spring on a free sprung balance.
