Jacob & Co Epic X Chrono Bugatti
The Jacob & Co Epic X Chrono Bugatti, is limited edition timepiece created to inaugurate the new partnership between the watchmaker and the hypercard brand. But most importantly, to celebrate Bugatti’s 110th anniversary.
The Epic X Chrono Bugatti is a sporty timepiece dressed in forged carbon to match the material used in the body of the anniversary Chiron. Just like the standard Epic X Chrono, this limited edition measures 47 mm in diameter but the case of this model is crafted from forged carbon and grade 5 titanium.
The dial is made of carbon fiber and features the colors of the French flag running through the middle of the dial and the Bugatti logo at the 6. The watch is paired with a black rubber strap, which has a solid rubber construction and comes with a black DLC titanium deployment clasp adorned with the EB logo.
When you turn the piece around and you will see the Bugatti logo on the caseback and the 110th anniversary logo printed on the sapphire crystal. Under the hood, this timepiece is using caliber JCAA05. This is an automatic movement composed of 260 components and works at 4 hertz using 27 jewels.
The timepiece also offers water resistance up to 200 meters, surpassing many sport watches in the market. With only 110 examples produced, the Epic X Chrono Bugatti is a collector’s dream.
