The New Turquoise Aqua Terra
Omega has quietly expanded its Seamaster Aqua Terra 150M line with two new standout models (38 mm and 41 mm), both featuring a striking lacquered turquoise dial with a subtle black gradient (fumé) effect. These models merge sporty elegance with vibrant color for a versatile everyday timepiece.
Just imagine a tropical lagoon captured in a watch face — bright in the center, fading to deep turquoise at the edges. Over time, Omega has introduced playful “Shades” sub-collections; this refresh is a contemporary standout.
The Aqua Terra 150M is the “everyday luxury” Seamaster—durable like a sports watch but stylish enough for the office. This new release is available now as boutique-exclusive models and some editions include a black ceramic bezel and rubber strap for a sportier feel.
The stunning dial features applied hour markers with a grey PVD treatment and white Super-Luminova. The faceted hands as well as the Omega logo and date window have been also treated with grey PVD to match.
The integrated metal bracelet has a brushed and polished finish and features an easy comfort-adjustment system develop by Omega to improve fit and comfort.
Under the hood the Aqua Terra uses caliber 8900 (41 mm version) and 8800 (38 mm version). Both movements feature Co-Axil escapement and resistance to magnetic fields reaching 15,000 gauss. These automatic movements work at 3.5 HZ and have a power reserve of 55 to 60 hours.
This Aqua Terra variant mixes vibrant style with Omega’s technical excellence — a rare blend in modern watchmaking.
